• A&R (Analysis and Recommendations) – $500

This service includes a written report and up to three hours of consultation after I’ve read your material

• Nonfiction Proposal – $5,000

This is the standard fee of the industry, so despite what anyone may tell you, no, it should never cost more. A proposal includes Overview, Market (including BISAC subject headings), Competition, Promotion, Author Bio, Book Details, Book contents and sample chapters (3)

• Mentoring – $1,250 a month

I will work with you on a weekly, daily or hourly basis, whichever is most comfortable for you.

• Consulting – $175/hr

• Line Edit/Substantive Edit

I don’t quote before I read, but I can give you a ballpark, and this ballpark is good for the rest of the services listed below – it can cost anywhere between $5,000 and $150,000. I need to read the material before I can tell you for sure. When it comes to ghostwriting, I don’t charge by the page or by the word, I don’t charge by the chapter or by the hour. I charge by the project.
